These images are fantastic in fact they're too good. They make this little hill-top triplex home look perfect and it is far from perfect.
It needs a real spring clean, the carpets have seen better days, the laundry while conveniently located in the spacious bathroom may not suit everyone & the building and pest report proves the raised tiles in the laundry are not evidence of an anaconda living under the house. The building inspector found the house to be of good order but the tiles were of a style & type prone to lifting & cracking. New tiles will remedy this problem! |

However the good news is that it is an easy walk to the shops, beach & schools, is in a small complex of only 3, is single level, fully fenced, has an easy to manage cottage garden& an automatic lock up garage with direct entry into the home. Also it is of low maintenance brick & tile construction, didn't spring a leak in our heavy downpours this summer & would definitely suit your needs. With some elbow grease & a few $$ (even less if you are handy or have a Do-It Yourself Book nearby), it will scrub up beautifully to be as cute as. |
